NTEN’s customers span the Global 500 across a multitude of industries including some of the largest financial, logistics and entertainment organizations.

Bob Miller is a strong technology leader with more than 30 years of experience in both Fortune 500 companies and private startups. Prior to NTEN, Bob was CEO of a number of technology companies including MIPS, which he led to its IPO. Bob is a distinguished alumnus of Bucknell University and earned an MBA from Stanford University.
John Fallows has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, and in addition to being a founder of NTEN, he is the inventor of the WebSocket communications protocol. Prior to NTEN, John served as Architect for Brane Corporation, a startup based in Redwood City, California. Originally from Northern Ireland, John received his MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University in the U.K.
Sidda Eraiah is Vice President of Cloud Services & Customer Support at NTEN Corporation. Sidda is responsible for Cloud Services, Remote Development Operations, Release Management, Quality, and Technical Support at NTEN. He started as one of the early employees of NTEN and has grown with the company. Sidda fosters a passion for customer focus, customer satisfaction, and quality.
With a deep experience providing services for Application Development Platforms, Sue leads NTEN’s Professional Services team, delivering a wide range of projects, from quick proof of concepts to large, enterprise-grade responsive Apps and cloud services. Whether for startups or large public companies, Sue’s team impact goes beyond just execution, adding value and innovating to make the most of our clients’ opportunities.
Most recently, Mike was co-founder and President of Cloud Parity Inc, and Brilliant Lime Inc, two affiliated stealth-mode startups based in Silicon Valley. Previously, Mike was Senior Director of Mac Quality at Apple, Inc. where he lead the team responsible for integrated system level and software testing of all Apple’s Macintosh Division products. Before joining Apple, he was Senior Technical Director of Engineering in the Office of the CTO at Broadcom responsible the company’s overall software strategy, as well as researching new potential software and service revenue opportunities.
Leonid Lukyanov leads NTEN’s product, marketing and corporate initiatives. Prior to NTEN his experience spans across the technology and investment sectors. As a technologist and entrepreneur, he built software, launched a product and led a team while as a investor he focused on infrastructure and open source software companies. He graduated with honors from NYU with degrees in Mathematics, Economic Theory and Computer Science.
Natalie Lu head's NTEN's finances and operations. Previously, she has held various roles in finance, business, and accounting at Soraa, Ignify and Blade Network Technologies (an IBM company). Natalie graduated with a degree in economic from University of California, Berkeley.
